Apple files 2 suits for 16 mln rbl vs Russian electronics sellers
MOSCOW, Apr 27 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court registered on Tuesday two lawsuits filed by the U.S.’ Apple against three local electronics sellers claiming more than 16 million rubles, according to court’s documents seen by PRIME on Wednesday.
Apple wants the court to collect 9 million rubles from firms Computer and Aivengo and Pavel Sukhachev, general director of Computer. Domain names registrar RU-Center was involved as a third party.
The second lawsuit for 7.25 million was filed against firm Riona Plus and two individuals: Daniil Khovratovich and Ilya Chistyakov. Ru-Center and domain names registrar REG.RU was also engaged as third parties.
